Knot Me COVID-19 Enforcement and Compliance
Safety Protocols:
We are so excited to welcome you into our facility and get you moving & feeling better! Here at Knot Me, your health as our top priority.
Staff will be required to wear masks/ face shields during their shift. After each stretch appointment, your stretchologist is required to thoroughly wash their hands.
Staff Health Checks:
Every staff member will have their temperature checked before their shift. When necessary, we will follow our elevated temperature protocols.
Staff will use a disinfectant fogger with all natural pure water, salt and electricity proven to kill viruses like COVID-19 in all common areas with a heightened attention to our tables, massage chairs, cubbies and high-touch surfaces. We will also activate our Xterilizer- UV sanitizer lamp at the end of each work day, killing up to 99.99% of bacteria, allergens and viruses in minutes. Both cleaning methods are 100% chemical free.
What you need to know before your appointment:
We require you to wear a mask upon coming into the studio.
Only Bring Necessities.
Come prepared in comfortable attire to minimize the use of bathrooms/changing areas.
Strictly Enforced Appointment Times
We will be strictly enforcing appointment times. If you arrive late to your appointment whether we were notified in advance or not, you can either choose to reschedule or utilize the time you have left on the table. We will end each appointment on time, in order to ensure we have ample time to clean in between appointments.
To allow as many clients as possible service, we strictly enforce our cancellation policy. Please remember to cancel 12 hours prior to your appointment out of courtesy for your stretchologist and others.
Check In:
Please call us once you have arrived for your appointment. Our staff will call you back to let you know when your Stretchologist has cleaned your table and is ready for your appointment.
Patient Health Check:
We will be checking the temperature of all our clients as they enter the studio with our touchless forehead thermometer.
Small Objects:
If you need to remove belongings out of your pockets, we will provide you with a disposable plastic bag to place your items in and take with you as you leave.
Large Objects:
You will have access to cubbies upon arrival to place personal belongings that would otherwise clutter the area of service
Check Out:
If you have not already, please put a card on file for any transactions/tipping, in order to minimize the handling of credit or debit cards in-studio. Cash tips are accepted, although we highly encourage you to leave a tip using your card on file.
